Sunderlands has kind instructions to offer 33.65 acres in three fields for growing potatoes in
the 2027 season. The field has been in a maize and combinable cropping rotation. The area is
reduced to reflect the track. Prospective growers should make any further allowance that
they may wish to make and bid as a lump sum accordingly. There is no irrigation.
