Tara Boulton

Tara joined Sunderlands in January 2022, after working at a national surveying firm where she represented landowners, promotion companies, developers, and local authorities in the acquisition and disposal of land and property for residential and mixed-use developments. Coming from a farming background, Tara has a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and a strong interest in all aspects of rural affairs. She studied at the Royal Agricultural University, where she was awarded an Academic Scholarship. In her role as a Chartered Surveyor within the Rural department, she specialises in farm and land sales, lettings, valuations, grant scheme applications, estate management, and agricultural tenancy matters. Outside of work, Tara enjoys riding her horses, helping on the family farm, and going shooting with her Labrador.
