SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. The purchaser will pay the full purchase price, ideally electronically, within 24 hours of making the purchase, account details will be made available.
2. The purchaser is to be allowed 14 days to bale and haul the straw after completion of combining.
4. In the event of the straw being lost through fire up to the completion of combining of the said Lot the purchaser will be refunded the purchase money in full. Thereafter, the straw becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser.
