Prospective purchasers should inspect all Lots prior to the auction date
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. The purchaser will pay the full purchase price at the end of the Auction, ideally electronically, within 24 hours of the auction, account details will be made available.
2. The purchaser is to be allowed 14 days to bale and haul the straw after completion of combining.
3. All machinery to be cleaned off prior to arrival at the farm in order to prevent the spread of blackgrass.
4. In the event of the straw being lost through fire up to the completion of combining of the said Lot the purchaser will be refunded the purchase money in full. Thereafter, the straw becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser.
5. No storage space available.
