Terms and Conditions

1. 1.The Variety is P7326

   2.The accepted purchaser must organise, harvest and haul the Maize crop at their own expense and remove all the crop by the latest of 5^th October 2026

   3.The crop areas are according to this year’s Omnia spray records and all Stewardship areas and non-crop areas are deducted 

   4.No Buffer or stewardship areas are to be driven on or damaged. 

   5.The purchasers of the crop are liable for keeping roads clean and safe during harvest 

   6.The successful purchaser(s) must pay the full accepted tender price in one instalment direct to Sunderlands within 5 days of acceptance of the offer

   7.Offers must be received in a sealed envelope no later than 12 noon on Friday 21^st August 2026 in a sealed envelope marked ‘Standing Maize Land at Rotherwas Ref Andrew Edwards’ and delivered to Sunderlands, Offa House, St Peters Square, Hereford, HR1 2PQ

   8.The Vendors do not commit themselves to accept either the highest or any tender and reserve the right to accept an offer before the tender date
