The land is on the B4361 directly south of Orleton and Lot 2 is just passed the turn for Mortimers Cross beyond Rosebank Farm to the east of the B4361

- Would prospective Lessees please register their interest in the land as the owners reserve the right to let the land prior to the tender date if they receive a satisfactory offer prior to that date.
- The owners do not undertake to accept the highest or any offer if they so wish.
- Tender Forms are to be received by12 Noon on Friday 25th September 2026 at Sunderlands Office, Hereford Livestock Market, Roman Road, Hereford, HR4 7AN in a sealed envelope marked “Maize Land at Orleton. - The maize land will be available in two lots or as a whole as outlined on the Tender Form.
- The successful Lessee of the land will be required to sign a Cropping Licence and be responsible for the clearance of the main road if soil is taken out onto the road at harvesting.
- The purchaser will harvest and haul the maize crop at their own expense with an end clearance date of 15th October 2027.
- Half of the tendered price will be paid on acceptance of the offer with the remaining half due on the 10th April 2027.
