Beth Gilbert

Beth is a Rural Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, operating from both our Hay-on-Wye and Hereford offices. With a strong presence across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, and throughout Powys, Beth brings a wealth of regional knowledge and professional expertise to every project she undertakes.

A graduate of Harper Adams University, Beth achieved a First Class Honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management in 2016. Shortly thereafter, she qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and was awarded Fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) whilst obtaining the highest exam result within the West Midlands region.

Beth offers a comprehensive range of professional services tailored to the rural sector. Her areas of specialism include undertaking agricultural and residential valuations for secured lending, inheritance tax, private planning, and other purposes. In addition, she provides strategic advice on rural property sales and lettings, agri-environmental and stewardship schemes, agricultural planning, and a wide range of land and estate management matters.
