Charlotte Watson

Charlotte joined the rural team at Sunderlands in January 2025, bringing over four years of experience from a national firm in Worcester. During her time there, she specialized in infrastructure and utilities, including compulsory purchase schemes and compensation and is well versed in advising on land rights matters. Charlotte also developed a range of experience in estate management, valuation, and landlord and tenant matters.

Charlotte graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) shortly after completing her studies.

Outside of her professional life, Charlotte is an avid player of both hockey and netball. As a farmer’s daughter from a mixed farm near Kington, she brings a personal understanding to rural life and agriculture.’
