Alex Evans

Alex is a highly experienced estate agent with a wealth of knowledge of Hereford’s property market. Sunderlands were delighted to welcome him to the team in December 2023, having recruited him from another respected local agency. His professionalism, attention to detail, and extensive industry expertise were key reasons Sunderlands sought him out.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiancée, their young son, and two loyal dogs. Much of his spare time is devoted to being a proud and hands-on dad, but he and his family also love travelling both near and far, often exploring the beautiful Herefordshire countryside together.
