Joe joined Sunderlands in August 2026, working within the Commercial Department, specialising in the sale and letting of commercial property.

With over eight years’ experience working for a national licensed property specialist, Joe has extensive experience in the sale and letting of property and businesses, acting for both private and corporate clients. He prides himself on building strong client relationships, understanding individual requirements and using his knowledge and negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Born and based in South Hereford, Joe enjoys spending his free time exploring the outdoors with his wife and their much-loved Cocker Spaniel. He is also a keen runner and enjoys keeping active in his spare time.
