James Dillon

James is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He specialises in all commercial property matters including the sale, rental and management of retail, office and industrial premises.

James joined Sunderlands in March 2018 having previously worked for a large regional surveying firm in South East England. Prior to that he attended Monmouth Boys School followed by The Royal Agricultural College in Cirencester. He joined the partnership in April 2024 following in the footsteps of his father John, who became a partner in 1990. 

James lives just north of Hereford with his wife and 2 children.
