Emma Garlick

Emma joined the Sunderlands commercial team in July 2026, providing support for sales, lettings and property management within the department. Emma previously worked in property management for numerous years at another local agent, and more recently worked in compliance for 5 years in the fresh produce sector.   

Outside of work Emma can be found assisting her husband on the family farm on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border, with the help of their two young children. In any rare free time, Emma also enjoys photography, when she can get a chance to get out with her camera!
