Charlotte Watson

Charlotte joined the Rural Team at Sunderlands in January 2025, bringing over four years of experience from a national firm in Worcester. During that time, she advised a wide range of clients on valuation, landlord and tenant matters, and estate management, whilst developing particular expertise in infrastructure and utilities, including compulsory purchase, compensation and land rights matters.

Charlotte graduated from Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and an RICS Registered Valuer.

Charlotte undertakes a broad range of rural professional work across England and Wales, providing advice on rural valuations, sales and agency, landlord and tenant matters, farming grant schemes, agricultural planning and permitted development matters, and utility and infrastructure projects.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys playing netball and remains actively involved in farming with her husband.
