SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. The purchaser will pay the full purchase price to the Auctioneers, by bacs or bonafide cheque only.
2. The purchaser to be allowed 14 days to bale and haul the straw after completion of combining.
3. In the event of the straw being lost through fire up to the completion of combining of the said Lot the purchaser will be refunded the purchase money in full. Thereafter the straw becomes the full responsibility of the purchaser.
4. No storage facilities or space available.
