GRASS KEEP TO LET

Around 65.07 Acres of Grassland near Twyford Common plus around 7.67 Acres near Portway/Grafton with mains water supply.

38.65 acres at Twyford Common (hatched green) can be grazed until the end of August to enable the licensor to establish a herbal ley sward over winter.  Natural watering available to parts via Red Brook.

The remaining circa 34.38 acres can be grazed until 30th March 2027.

Sheep Grazing Preferred.

Part of the land is entered into grassland with very low nutrient inputs and part herbal ley sward.
