Planning Permission was granted on appeal, under Application Reference APP/W1850/W/15/3017909, the relevant decision date being 15th September 2015. The Outline Consent makes provision for the construction of up to 31 dwellings together with a new access from Vine Tree Close. This would involve the demolition of No. 5 Vine Tree Close. Services

It is our understanding that all mains services are available for connection. Mains gas and water are available in Vine Tree Close. Mains electricity is available close at hand. There is a foul water sewer pipe within the site boundary running north-south near the eastern boundary.

Directions

Proceed from Hereford in an easterly direction along the main A4103 Worcester Road. Continue for approximately 4 miles. Upon entering Withington take the first turning to the left. Proceed for approximately 500 yards where Vine Tree Close will be located on the left hand side. The entrance to the site is via No. 4 Vine Tree Close, however, for viewing purposes it is possible to park in the Community facilities just before Vine Tree Close and walk through the small coppice using the public tracks.
