From the A466 (Monmouth Road) some two miles from the village of St Weonards there is a turning marked unsuitable for heavy goods vehicles. This turning is just before/after the Abergavenny crossroads with the B4251. Take the turning and follow the road for approximately ¾ of a mile whereupon you will reach some wrought iron gates. Continue through these gates onto the private road and follow the road whereupon you will see the property immediately in front of you. If you are following sat nav the directions will lead you to the wrought iron gates before the private road.
