Directions

From Worcester / Malvern / Ledbury: join the A4103 heading west towards Hereford. After Fromes Hill, having passed the Ledbury / Bromyard crossroad, continue for 1 mile, passing the Landrover garage on your left and take the next right turning to Much Cowarne. Continue on this road for about 2 miles until you reach the T junction, the entrance to the property is directly in front of you.
From the A417: head north towards Leominster until reaching the roundabout with the A465. Take the right exit towards Bromyard, continue for ¼ mile and take the first right turn into Burley Gate village and continue on this road for 1½ miles. The entrance drive to the property will be found on your left side, opposite the T junction turning to Much Cowarne.

Outside

The property sits in just under 2.5 acres. Having formal gardens to the front and rear. The pasture land lies to the west and is slightly elevated enjoying far reaching views. To the side of the end barn is a wooded area which runs across to the rear garden.
