Deposit

Administration Fee/Referencing

Having viewed a property, should you wish to be considered for the tenancy, we will require a fully completed application form together required documents and a fee of £150 (inc VAT) In the event that an application is not referenced the £150.00 will be refunded in full.

If an application is declined by the agent £100.00 will be refunded. Should the prospective tenant decide not to take a tenancy after it has been offered the full £150.00 will be forfeited to cover the agents referencing and administration costs.

Directions

Leave Hay-on-Wye in a south-westerly direction on B4350, continue onto and through Glasbury-on-Wye and then into Three Cocks, taking the right hand turning onto the A4079, sign posted to Builth Wells. Continue to a roundabout and take the second exit, signposted Builth Wells. Proceed through the village of Llyswen continuing along the A470 to Erwood. After passing through Erwood village turn right over the river bridge and continue towards Aberedw on the B4567. Approaching Aberedw turn right into the village. At the end of the village note the Seven Star Public House on the right hand side and contimnue for 3.5 miles, where there will be a small stone bridge and a sign pointing Llwyn Farm. Continue along this road following the signs for Llwyn Farm, climbing uphill where the farmhouse will be situated at the end of the road and park immediately in front of the farmhouse where the cottage is found on the end, adjacent to the driveway.
