27.25 acres are situated on the edge of Weston under Penyard village and 25.88 acres are situated a short distance up the road to Drybrook, Cinderford.

Previous cropping for the last three years has been Maize and/or Cereal. Potatoes were last grown on Field Number 5949 and 7141 (at Weston under Penyard) in 2014. The remainder has not grown potatoes within the last five years

FARM BUSINESS TENANCY

The Land is offered under a standard Farm Business Tenancy from Autumn 2018 to 29th September 2021. The rental will be payable half yearly in advance, on signing and on 29th September and 25th March in each year of the term.

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME

The entitlements held by the owner will be leased to the Tenant and the Tenant will claim the entitlements and reimburse the monies received to the owner when received at the earlier of the date of payment or 31st March of the year following the year of claim.
