Directions

Proceed out of Hereford in a northerly direction taking the second exit on the roundabout at the bottom of Aylestone Hill, sign post Sutton St Nicholas. Continue through the Village of Sutton St Nicholas continuing for approximately 1 mile taking a right hand turn followed by a second right hand turn after a short distance. Continue for a few hundred yards, turning left opposite a newly thatched cottage into Sutton Lakes where the land will be located on the left hand side as denoted by the Agent's For Sale board.
