Basic Payment Scheme

Mode of Sale:

The two Lots are For Sale by Public Auction on Wednesday 15th August 2018 at 5.00pm unless offers for the Whole or Separate Lots are previously accepted. The Purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% at the auction with the balance of the monies due upon completion 28 days later.


There will be no ingoing valuation regarding the two lots and no counter claim will be allowed for any dilapidations.
