Description

Contract

A copy of the Contract and any Special Conditions of Sale are available for inspection at both the Auctioneers & Solicitors Offices 14 days prior to auction. The Vendors solicitors will distribute a contract pack upon request however, they reserve the right to charge a nominal amount for doing so. Money Laundering

Directions

From Brecon head towards Crickhowell on the A40 as you enter the town of Crickhowell turn right opposite the filling station and proceed onto the A4077. Continue of the River Usk and turn left and continue along the A4077 for approximately ¼ mile where the entrance to the land can be found on the right hand site.
