Mode of Sale:

Each plot will be sold individually by Auction (unless previously sold) to be held on Friday 26th October 2018 at 4 pm at Burghill Valley Golf Club, Tillington Road, Burghill, Hereford HR4 7RW.


From Hereford, proceed north on the A49 for approximately 3 miles, passing the turn for Moreton on Lugg Village. Within 100 yards, take the right turn into a private road known as Ordnance Close and follow to the end. The site will be through the gates.


A copy of the Contract and any Special Conditions of Sale will be available for inspection at both the Auctioneers and Solicitors Offices some 10 days prior to the date of Auction.

The contract is not available to take away or be photo copied. However, the Vendors solicitors will distribute a contract pack upon request however, they reserve the right to charge a nominal amount for doing so. Please make any further enquiries directly to the Vendors solicitors.

Purchasers will deem to have bid on the basis of the contract and such conditions, whether or not they have inspected them.

Completion to be 20 business days after contract date.
