From Vowchurch turning off the B4348 into and through the village of Vowchurch signposted for Vowchurch and Michaelchurch Escley. Follow this road to the top of the hill and turn left at Bob's Shop' signposted Michaelchurch Escley. Proceed along this lane for 1 mile and the land is found on the right-hand side, denoted by the agents for sale board.

Method of Sale

The property is to be offered for sale by public auction on the 6th June 2018 at 6pm at Hereford Rowing Club, 37 Greyfriars Avenue, Hereford, HR4 0BE (unless previously sold). The purchaser will be required to pay a 10% deposit at the auction with the balance of the monies due within 28 days.

Contract

A copy of the Contract and any Special Conditions of Sale will be available for inspection at both the auctioneers and solicitors offices some 7 days prior to the date of the auction.
