For sale by public auction on Tuesday, 6th June 2017, at 6pm at Hereford Cattle Market, Roman Road, Hereford, HR4 7AN, unless an offer is previously accepted. The purchaser will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the sold price immediately following the auction and sign the Contract of Sale, with the balance of the monies due on completion within 28 days following the auction date.

Sale Contract

A copy of the Contract and any Special Conditions of Sale will be available for inspection at both the Auctioneers and Solicitors Offices some 7-10 days prior to the date of Auction and is also available to view on online on Paper copies of the Contract pack are available on request from the Solicitors. Purchasers will deem to have bid on the basis of the contract and such conditions or special conditions of sale, whether or not they have inspected them.

Money Laundering

As a result of anti-money laundering legislation all persons intending to bid for the property should at the Auction bring with them the following documentation:

Guide Price

An indication of the sellers current minimum acceptable price. The guide price or range of guide prices is given to assist consumers in deciding whether or not to pursue a purchase.
