Proceed out of Hay-on-Wye on the Forest Road towards Capel-y-ffin and Hay Bluff, proceed over Hay Bluff through the Gospel Pass towards Capel-y-ffin and proceed for approximately half a mile where the land can be found on the left hand side.

From Llanthony:
Proceed in a Northerly direction towards Capel-y-ffin, proceed through the hamlet of Capel-y-ffin and continue for approximately one mile where the land can be found on the right handside as sign posted.
