Terms and Conditions
Lot 1 - Arable Land
1.The land is to let for any reasonable arable cropping potatoes, maize, cereals, or to suit the Applicant.
2.Whilst the land is registered with the RPA for Basic Farm Payments it does not carry any Entitlements. The Tenant may attach their own Entitlements which remain their property throughout and after the tenancy.
3.The Tenant will be required to allow to trim at the end of each season's crop the boundary live hedges and be responsible to insure his own produce.
4.The rent tendered to be paid annually in advance on Year 1: 9th October 2020, Year 2: 9th October 2021 under a standard FBT (copy available if required).
5.The land is taken as seen. It currently is uncultivated after a previous season of maize. There are a number of weeds, docks, ragwort etc and would benefit from a cleaning crop in the first year but the Tenant is allowed to use any reasonable crop they wish during the letting period.
6.Good access off the old Hereford / Leominster Road through a secure gate to the south of the land just by the railway bridge at Ford Bridge opposite Marlbrook Cadburys Dairy. Please be careful when entering and leaving the site with traffic on the old Hereford Road.
7.Services it is understood a mains water supply is available if required by the Tenant but they would be required to meet the reasonable costs of reimbursing any water used during the letting period.
Lot 2 5 no. Storage Tanks
8.The 5 no. Tanks stand on a solid concrete base and are offered for sale with Buyer to dismantle and remove at their own risk and expense. If you wish to offer please complete the attached form and also indicate, if your bid is successful, when you anticipate a final clearance date might be.
9.Viewing at any reasonable time by prior appointment. Note: due to the high road hedge it is not possible to immediately view the land from the road, one would need to gain access to view.
