CROPPING

There is no restriction on cropping save that potatoes can be grown in either the first or the second year (but not both) of field numbers 5747 and 6103.

FARM BUSINESS TENANCY

The land is offered under a standard Farm Business Tenancy from 1st October 2018 to 28th September 2020. The rent is to be payable half yearly in advance on signing

BASIC PAYMENT SCHEME

The Land is registered for Basic Payment Scheme purposes. The BPS entitlements are to be leased by the owner to the Tenant and the Tenant will claim against the entitlements and reimburse the monies received to the Landlord when received or by the 31st March following the year of claim

COUNTRYSIDE STEWARDSHIP

The land is not entered into any Countryside Stewardship Scheme

REPAIR

The Tenant will be expected to make good any damage caused in the use of the Land.

Tenders to be received no later than 12 noon on Friday 21st September 2018.

1.Prospective Tenants are required to show their proposed cropping on the reverse side of the tender form. Early entry may be permissible where crops have been removed.

2.The Owner is not bound to accept the highest tender.

3.No tender made by reference to another tender will be accepted.

4.No sewage sludge is to be applied to the land.

5.The Owner reserves the right to alter the format of the arrangement if necessary.
