Leave Hereford north along the A49 for approximately 7 miles. As one starts to ascends Dinmore Hill there is a turning on the right hand side (signposted Dinmore). Continue for approximately 400 metres along the narrow road and the subject land wil be located on the right hand side as denoted by the Agent's For Sale board.


The land can be viewed at any reasonable time during daytime hours.

Rights of Way & Easements

There is a footpath running along the eastern edge of the land, where it borders the River Lugg.

The property is sold subject to and with the benefits of all rights of way, wayleaves, access, water, light drainage and other easements, quasi easements, covenants, restriction orders, etc., as may exist or for the same whether mentioned in the sale particulars or not.


At present, the boundaries comprise thick hedgerows with sporadic fencing. The fencing will be erected along the eastern boundary in order to secure the property but internal fencing separating fields will be left as it appears.

Purchasers will be required to fence at Points A and B on the attached plan within six months of completion.
