Situation

The land lies on the north west edge of the Village of Tillington, a short distance from the Cathedral City of Hereford.

Description

This valuable parcel of mainly Grade 2 land is in a rectangular ring fence with frontage to the Green Lane. It has a developed open leisure ride sand and fibre surfaced manège at the western end, the remainder divided into grass paddocks. Directions

From Hereford take A4110 Knighton Road, turn off by Beech Business Park and the Three Elms public house to Burghill. Proceed through Burghill and Tillington. Take the second turning right after the crossroads at The Bell public house, Tillington. Proceed up this lane and at Upper House farm buildings see sign. Take the Green Lane (may have to be on foot) to the entrance gate leading to the land.
