We understand mains water and electricity are nearby. A new sewage treatment plant will need to be installed.

From Hereford, proceed south along the A465 towards Abergavenny. Pass the turn for Clehonger and Allensmore Village Hall, after which take the second right just after a small bus shelter into Cobhall Lane.
