The land comprises of one block of upland pasture that was formerly part of Clyro Hill Farm situated just off the Clyro to

Tenure

Elevation

The land lies between 950ft and 1080 ft. Above sea level with a mainly easterly aspect. There are spectacular views from the
upper area of land.

Soil Type

Milford series sandstone which produces well drained loamy and reddish soil over rock with the upper land designated Cegin slowly permeable seasoned water logged fine silty and clay soils.

of 2018 so that this claim is not affected detrimentally.
