Location:

The land is conveniently located either side of the A465 road near Burley Gate, and is about 10 miles North East of Hereford and about 6 miles from the town of Bromyard.

Tenure:

We are informed that the land has been in full occupation by the Tenant since 1983 with no written agreement in place. It is assumed that this verbal occupation may fall under the legislation of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 with the Tenant having been issued a section 6 notice which may assist the new owner(s) to secure a written tenancy if so wished.

Directions:

On the A465 from Hereford towards Bromyard after about 6 miles on this road you will come through Burley Gate, continue for another mile and you will see the land on both sides of the road. The property will be identified by the Sunderlands for sale board.
