Method of Sale

The property is to be offered for sale by public auction on the 19th September at 6pm at Hereford Rowing Club, 37 Greyfriars Avenue, Hereford, HR4 0BE (unless previously sold). The purchaser will be required to pay a 10% deposit at the auction with the balance of the monies due within 28 days.

Contract

A copy of the Contract and any Special Conditions of Sale will be available for inspection at both the auctioneers and solicitors offices some 7 days prior to the date of the auction.
