Description

The main building on site comprises a 4 bay traditionally constructed factory/workshop unit with steel portal frame clad in blockwork, all of which is underneath a pitched asbestos corrugated roof. To the rear is a further bay that has been constructed at a right angle to the original premises and to the front elevation on Faraday Road there is a series of windows/pedestrian access doors at ground floor level (with upper floor windows above) whilst the side elevations have roller-shutter doors and some further windows facing the yard.
